The first appointment, which you make will involve a FREE professional and confidential health consultation.

Conventional methods of consultation before any medical treatment, are aimed at securing a diagnosis, whereas the consultation by the Massage Therapist will concentrate on, and only be concerned with acquiring a health history to appreciate the problems which your body is experiencing.

This enables the therapist to recognize and understand the problems and then determine an appropriate massage treatment, the   total number and frequency of the therapy sessions which are required for maximum benefit to you.

Depending  upon the problem, illness or injury, occasional advice is offered on posture, lifestyle and diet along with exercise programmes and stretching routines which will all aid and promote the healing process.
